Position: CRM Product Marketing

Mission

In collaboration with internal stakeholders involved in product realization, not just the sales department, work as a cross functional team to coordinate market information, competitive analysis, and the development of tactical marketing plans for the product or product group related to the assigned product or business unit. Through activities such as product launch, training, etc., drive the achievement of the department's goals and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
●Independently undertake moderately complex tasks or improvements, leading the team.
●Develop and execute product portfolio management, market analysis, and marketing strategy based on the business unit strategy.
●Plan assigned product based on business unit strategy in Strat/AOP/F1-3.
●Manage budgets, business processes, and forecast management, including inventory analysis.
●Develop product pipeline strategies for the assigned product and the entire business unit.
●Collaborate closely with sales department to understand sales needs and develop strategies.
●Create promotional materials, plan and execute effective promotions through conferences and events.
●Act as a bridge between manager and team members, supporting talent development intentions.
● Achievement rate of annual sales target for the assigned product and sales profit margin
● National share for each product
● Evaluation of the marketing strategy for the assigned product, in line with the policy of focusing on key products (such as High GM products) rather than the assigned product
● Inventory management index: EEO
● Forecast accuracy
● Timeline accuracy for product introduction

Market Analysis & Development
● Understand customer needs, business unit goals, and market trends.
● Collect and analyze customer and competitor data using various methods.
● Listen to customer feedback to formulate and execute strategies based on insights.
● Support market analysis, product positioning, and OPEX planning for effective strategies.

Product Development & Management:
●Manage products and markets aligned with the strategy, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
●Conduct value proposition analysis for the assigned product.
●Develop and implement market strategies based on an understanding of the customer journey.
●Formulate and execute a strategic marketing plan for the assigned product and related products.
●Contribute to pricing strategy formulation.
●Collaborate with internal and external partners for effective messaging through various channels.
●Create communication content (materials, videos, websites, PPT, etc.).
●Plan and implement sales training, release effective sales materials and tools.
●Manage product training programs for physicians and medical professionals.
●Monitor competitors' movements, consider countermeasures, and execute them.

Problem Solving:
● Provide existing solutions for moderately complex and diverse problems, coordinating with
internal and external stakeholders.
● Make suggestions considering the impact on the business, and provide solutions for new optimal
solutions for the business unit based on experience.
● Receive guidance from senior personnel only for difficult problems that cannot be solved through
experience or precedent.
● Have a mindset for improvement and actively propose ideas to the team for more effective and
efficient execution of tasks.

Building Relationships:
● Identify and build good relationships with internal and external target audiences (physicians, ME, internal sales departments, BSC leaders, etc.), and collaborate smoothly.
● Identify KOLs in the relevant area (current and future KOLs, etc.), establish good relationships based on common understanding as a business unit.
● Identify the range of influence of KOLs (international/national/regional, etc.), and lead effective coordination.

Experience & Qualifications:
●Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
●Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
●Strong understanding of market analysis, product lifecycle management, and marketing strategy development.
●Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
●Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing plans and promotional strategies.
●Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends to drive product growth.
●Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
●Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
