Job Responsibilities:

・Develop and execute product-related external/internal communications plans/campaigns aligned with brand strategies, identifying communication opportunities and threats.
・Create PR materials such as press releases, standby statements, factbooks, and social media content.
・Issue press releases, including translating global press releases.
・Manage media inquiries and interactions.
・Organize events like press seminars, public seminars, and CSR activities.
・Communicate and collaborate with alliance partners as needed.
・Handle crisis communication situations effectively.
・Identify and prioritize patient advocacy groups for each therapeutic area, maintaining relationships and partnerships.
・Business Title: Manager/Sr. Manager-CA-C/C&A

経験・スキル

Requirements:

・Minimum 5 years of experience in communications or public relations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
・Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
・Strong communication and presentation skills.
・Capability to develop PR strategies based on overall Brand Strategy.
・Above-average critical, analytical, strategic, and flexible thinking abilities.
・Proficient in working cross-functionally with a positive attitude.
・Growth mindset.
・Fluent in Japanese and English.
