職務目的：

このポジションは日本における品質部門の責任者となる。GMPおよび保健規制活動をカバーする、現地コマーシャル組織内の品質システムの確立と維持を指揮・監督する。品質プロセスおよび活動がグローバル品質基準および関連規制要件に合致していることを保証します。

この職務の責任には、GQP省令で定められたさまざまな品質保証業務への参加と管理が含まれます。本ポジションはグローバル本部に報告する。
具体的には、品質情報管理システムによる製品クレーム対応、変更管理、市場リリース管理などを行います。直属の部下は1～2名。さらに、規制遵守と品質指令に基づく製造業者への適切な指示と措置の実施も重要です。また、自己点検の責任とともに、メーカーの監査も実施する。関連する手順書や報告書の作成は、この職務に不可欠な要素です。

責任:

・GQP 条例で定められた品質保証業務を管理する。
・QAマネージャー（2名以上）の管理・指導。
・製品クレーム対応、変更管理、市場リリース管理を含む品質情報管理を統括する。
・法令、社内規定に基づき、製造業者への指示、適切な対応を行う。
・必要に応じたメーカー監査の実施。
・自己点検業務の実施。
・関連手順書、報告書の作成

Job Purpose:

This position will be the head of the quality function for Japan. It will lead and oversee the establishment and upkeep of the Quality system within the local Commercial organization, covering GMP and health-regulated activities. It will ensure the execution of quality processes and activities align with global quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities of the role include participation in and management of various quality assurance operations as outlined by GQP ministerial ordinance. This position will report to the global headquarters.
In essence, the role involves ensuring the quality information management system addresses product complaints, change control, and market release management. It will have one or two direct reports. Additionally, the implementation of appropriate instructions and actions for manufacturers based on regulatory compliance and Quality Directives is crucial. The position also entails conducting audits of manufacturers, along with self-inspection responsibilities. The preparation of relevant procedures and reports is an integral part of the role.

Responsibilities:

・Manage quality assurance tasks defined by GQP ordinance.
・Manage and coach or 2 QA managers
・Oversee quality information management, encompassing product complaint handling, change management, and market release management.
・Provide instructions and execute appropriate actions to manufacturers based on legal and internal regulations.
・Conduct audits of manufacturers as required
・Perform self-inspection work.
・Develop relevant procedures and reports.

必須
・品質保証・品質管理業務経験3年以上
・ピープルマネジメント経験
・医薬品の品質管理（GQP）、製造管理（GMP）の知識
・英語力：ビジネスレベル
・日本語スキル ネイティブレベル

Required:
・More than 3 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control
・People Management experience
・Knowledge of pharmaceutical quality control (GQP) and manufacturing control (GMP)
・English skill: business level
・Japanese skill: Native level
