Lead digital engagement within Japan in order to create an omni-channel HCP (healthcare professionals) experience. Drive best-in-class digital marketing activities which are informed by data analytics, integrated across commercial, marketing and medical teams, aligned with global tools and processes. • The incumbent has a strong grasp of innovative marketing tools and strategies and is able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution for our Rx business.
Working with IT, Commercial Excellence, Scientific Affairs and vendors the senior manager will implement tools and processes across our portfolio.
Guide colleagues in executing and tracking of digital campaigns and actively raise digital maturity and customer centricity at a market level and beyond

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

• Bachelor’s Degree in business/ marketing related discipline or equivalent experience

Proven working experience in digital marketing with clear record of customer impact

• Hands-on experience in digital projects • 2-3 years of experience in market or regional digital role

• Proven experience in planning, executing and measuring omni-channel marketing campaigns. • Experience in marketing analytics and ability to develop actionable insights.

• Experience of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Experience in requirements engineering and documentation • Knowledgeable in CRM (ideally Veeva CRM with Approved Email and Engage Meeting) and CMS systems.

• Awareness of SEO traffic driving techniques and insights generation through tools such as google analytics or Adobe Sitecatalyst
