OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
• The purpose of the Data Analytics Department is to support data-driven decision-making processes and foster innovation in data science projects.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• As key members, you will contribute to data science activities in critical business growth areas. The Data Analytics Department is a strategic focus area for our company, supporting departments with a focus on digital transformation and innovation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Utilize SQL, Python, and Spark for ad-hoc analysis, automation of Tableau dashboards, and the development of machine learning algorithms.
• Collaborate with the team to establish new processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen decision-making.
• Collaborate with the business team to promote data-driven decision-making based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with the Technology Department and other analytics teams to define requirements for new and existing data products, supporting the establishment of our analytics infrastructure.

• 仕事内容
SQL、Python、Sparkを使用して、アドホックな分析やTableauダッシュボードの自動化、MLアルゴリズムの開発などを行います。
チームと協力して新しいプロセスを確立し、効率性向上、手法の改善、意思決定の強化を推進します。
ビジネスチームと連携して、KPIに基づいたデータドリブンな意思決定を促進します。
テクノロジー部門や他のアナリティクスチームと協力して、データプロダクトの要件定義を行い、分析インフラの確立を支援します。

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

REQUIREMENTS
• 5 or more years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
• Experience with visualization tools or libraries such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and ggplot.
Business-level English proficiency for communication with the digital team.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).

PREFFERED SKILLS
• 5 or more years of relevant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
• Experience working in retail, implementing ML models in a production environment.
• Experience with Databricks/Spark.
• Master's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).

DESIRED ATTRIBUTE
• Practical experience in data analytics using various analysis methods.
• Insights into data analytics contributing to business success.
• Problem-solving skills to influence leadership teams.
