Responsibilities:
Lead Marketing Authorization Transfer Projects
• Manage overall cross-functional timeline of launch projects from kick-off until post-packaging/technical transfer stabilization
• Conduct periodic meetings with cross-functional team members to facilitate communication of up-to-date project information and identify risks
• Work with project team to identify and mitigate risks
• Report project status and any risks to managements
Lead new packaging/technical transfer projects
• Create standard project template for packaging/technical transfer launches
• Maintain, manage and revise process as required to reflect most up-to-date processes
• Work with cross-functional teams to obtain approval of launch templates
Support other strategic projects
• Support internal organization on a needs basis by conducting short-term projects to ensure smooth operation as a company
• Prepare reportings to help managements' decision making

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

Must
• More than 3 years of experience of cross-functional, company-wide project management experiences internally or externally
• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Business level English in writing, minimum verbal communication in English

Preferable (but not required)
• Pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience working with Marketing Authorization Transfers
• Project management Professional Certification
• Business level English in writing and speaking
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Science or Pharmacy
