Maternity leave cover - TA recruitment specialist

Hybrid working style (2 days home/ 3 days office)

Role:
 Understand company’s culture and employees in order to propose candidates;
 Perform full life-cycle recruiting with ability to source, screen, interview and close candidates
 Dedicatedly research and identify sourcing techniques for identifying top talent
 Parter with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, assess and adjust talent requirements with certain flexibility.
 Use creative techniques, skills, and experience to discover, identify, and attract the best talent in the Tech & Product field.
 Participate in implementing, continuously refining, and assessing recruiting processes to deliver high quality results and improve customer and candidate experience.
 Be willing to learn and share about industry trends as well as market competitors; and be able to share the insights with hiring managers.
 Operate recruitment tools (SNS, Linkedin etc.).

Requirements:
 3+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience either in-house or agency
 Great to experience stakeholder management
 Preferable experience in IT/tech company
 Have a knowledge of whole recruiting process management with KPI
 Have experience researching and market mapping to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates
