• Coordinate all GM meeting arrangements, including meeting preparation, agenda, conference call set-up, alignment with all meeting participants, including customer, vendors, and partner C-level executives
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expense report, travel visas, including outreach to key internal and external business partners
• Organize and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, requests, and other correspondence for the GM
• Manage the calendar and act as the Key Point of contact for business activities involving the GM
• Manage confidential information and sensitive materials with discretion
• Establish and manage weekly / monthly reporting structure, review meetings and actions items with respective follow-up and activities, take meeting minutes as required
• Establish project specific analysis, communication and presentations upon request – both business, market and team structure / organization related
• Analyze and track regional cost and HR budgeting and establish clear communication link between other regions and HQ (including regional heads, regional accounting, regional HR, and global management)
• Assist and manage KPI process for the leadership team
• Maintain and organize flies, records, and databases
• Other duties and responsibilities as identified by the GM or other department leaders needs
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an executive support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving and presentation skills with ability to analyze data
• Expert level of usage of Microsoft Excel with strong ability to automate reports (pivots, vlookups, macros, etc.)
• Skilled in the use of personal computers and related software applications including but not limited to MS Office, Org-Chart Software, Concur, SAP and Sales Force (for reporting and data verification purposes)
• Ability to understand and comprehend Solar PV related content within the our Industry and to apply these skills and knowledge in meetings and conference calls
• Ability to establish, implement and maintain operating goals and objectives as well as the ability to communicate and finalize quarterly and yearly goals and KPI’
• Ability to prioritize tasks and activities as well as delegate and manage tasks throughout the organization and within available resources
