経験・スキル

- 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience (more then one organization or agency)
- 3+ years recruitment in Japan
- Full bilingual fluency in Japanese/ English
- Experience in full cycle recruitment
- Experience using Workday or be willing to learn Workday
- Be able to develop good relations with clients, colleagues and vendors
