<Thorough Sales and customer service awareness (Sales service management)>
・Clearly set expectation value of customer service and carry out it to Store managers and store members
・Follow up store managers to clearly set the priority and revise the guidance on customer service standards and sales skill and technique.
・Support the action plan by letting the store manager confirm the gaps and opportunities related to the VOC customer service score
<Sales planning and Business management>
・Understand Retail KPI and P&L concept based on Company-wide and In-store situation
・Properly explain the present condition based on numerical values to store managers and store members and make recommendations on possible solutions or measures for problematic parts
・Led Retail work and sales promotion activities timely and use sales performance monitors and KPI to provide appropriate feedback to management
<Staff management and Training (leadership and store management)>
・Deepen the understanding of store managers through appropriate questions and recommend then think independently at shops
・To achieve the target, give effective authorization, instruction, support, inspiration and guidance to the store manager effectively
・Recognize employment conditions and capacity disparities in the responsible area and staff composition and Support the training of store managers and at the same time led to reduce turnover

・Ensure a deep understanding of the VM instruction and its background, ensuring consistent implementation at the store level
・Consistent implementation and guidance for the appropriateness of presentation quality, place and maintenance
