職務の目的および主な業務内容／Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities：HRオペレーションにてPayroll specialistとして給与のオペレーション、Workday及び各種社内システムのマネジメント、Employee life cycleとの連携、関連ベンダーのマネジメントを行う1.給与のオペレーション・勤怠管理、申請ワークフローの管理運営・給与、賞与、退職金計算と支払・年末調整と後処理・仕訳、給与関連伝票作成、決算関連データ作成・毎年定期的に実施される内部/外部監査対応・関連するグローバルコールへの参加2.上記給与オペレーションに関連した社員案内の配信、社員問い合わせ対応3.ローカル及びグローバルプロジェクトへの参画必要要件／Required Skill, Experience, Etc.：スキル Skill・給与計算、給与ベンダーマネジメントを行う上で必須となる知識を備えていること（特に税金、社会保険、会計等）・労働関連法規全般に関する知識・データマネジメント・分析スキル（Excelは上級）・課題に対して問題点を分析し、周囲と協力して仮説と検証をもって最適と思われる解を導き出す力・緻密な正確性とステークホルダーと良い関係性を作りながら問題を解決できるコミュニケーション能力を併せ持っていること・新しいことに対して興味をもって対応する柔軟性・発想力経験／Experience社員数400名以上の規模で・給与及び福利厚生業務の実務経験5年以上・アウトソースベンダーを利用した給与計算経験3年以上学位/資格/語学力／Education/certification/Language・学士またはそれに相当する学位・ビジネスレベルの英語力
