Your new role As Finance Operations Senior Manager, you will join our newly shaped F&O Leadership Team and play a central role in elevating how we approach accounting, reporting and tax in one of our most important markets. This is not a role focused on transactional execution. Instead, you will lead a small, highly experienced team and shape how finance operations evolve in response to new business challenges.Your Responsibilities Will Include •Leading and developing a team of four experienced, independent and collaborative finance professionals•Driving accounting, reporting and tax activities in line with IFRS and J-GAAP, while ensuring full compliance with Japanese tax regulations•Acting as the primary lead on tax audits, partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external authorities•Identifying and delivering optimization and automation opportunities across finance operations•Contributing to F&O Leadership Team decisions and help

Your Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of revenue growth strategies, ensuring sustainable net sales growth.- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to translate data insights into clear, effective commercial execution plans.- Conduct deep-dive analyses using Intage/POS market data to optimize pricing, promotional effectiveness, and product performance.- Perform price elasticity studies and build robust, three-year strategic pricing roadmaps.- Work closely with the Finance team to support reporting, forecasting, and various commercial projects to guide senior leadership decision-making.

【業務内容】主に以下の業務に携わって頂きます。・弊社及び開発SPCに関する経理業務（支払、仕訳計上、固定資産管理、資金管理、会計システム管理（Freee））全般・弊社及び開発SPCに関する月次、四半期、年次決算の取り纏め・監査法人や税理士事務所との各種調整業務・開発SPCの予実管理及び他部門との調整業務・開発SPCにおけるレンダー対応＊このポジションはFinanceチームのメンバーとして採用で、経理部長へレポートとなります。　経理チームは現在4名（部長含む）で、男女２：２です。

■ポジション概要日本拠点にて、国内外の顧客に対し、人事移動に伴う税務コンプライアンス、プランニング、アドバイザリー業務を担当。チームで複雑なビジネス課題を戦略から実行までサポートします。■業務内容・社内チームおよびクライアントとの連携による、日英両言語での税務対応・コミュニケーション・所得税・社会保険・給与関連など、各種税務問い合わせ対応のサポート・海外赴任・出張に伴う税務取扱いに関する従業員サポートおよび説明対応・税務コンプライアンス確保のための各種資料作成・記録管理業務・税制改正・業界動向の把握および必要に応じた税務専門家との連携・出張者・赴任者に対する窓口としてのサポートおよび情報提供・社内外関係者間の調整および税務関連課題解決の支援・請求処理・案件管理など、プロジェクト運営に関する事務サポート・クライアントおよび社内チームとの信頼関係構築と円滑なコミュニケーションの維持
