1. Preparing Company standalone quarterly and annual JGAAP financial statements including footnotes2. Preparing Group consolidated IFRS financial statements including disclosures in compliance with 金商法3. Monitor and ensure timely identification and compliance with evolving accounting guidance under JGAAP and IFRS4. Preparing quarterly corporate income tax reconciliations5. Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors6. Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements7. Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period8. Support month end and year end closing

Position Summary•Lead IPO preparation with collaborating effectively and efficiently with external stakeholders such as a brokerage lead manager (book runner) and an exchange examination and internal stakeholders •Lead to handle indicated points and questions by the external stakeholders•Lead to involve internal stakeholders to prepare and submit appropriate documents and answers•Lead to manage IPO related cost•After successful IPO completion, will be in charge of IR related role as IR manager
