A market-leading sports lifestyle company committed to empowering athletes and runners of all levels through revolutionary footwear design and authentic brand storytelling.

■Role Overview
You will lead the multi-year marketing strategy and comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) execution for the Japan market. This role drives brand awareness, consumer loyalty, and integrated commercial success, wholesale, and digital touchpoints.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead the 5-year integrated marketing strategy and seasonal GTM plans aligned with global vision
・Drive 360-degree omnichannel marketing execution across E-commerce, Retail, and Wholesale channels
・Strengthen brand authority through strategic sports marketing, elite endorsements, and PR initiatives
・Serve as the primary liaison between global headquarters and local cross-functional business partners
・Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, and DTC teams to align seasonal targets with brand priorities
・Mentor, coach, and develop the Japan marketing team to foster high performance and talent growth

経験・スキル

・10+ years of marketing leadership experience managing diverse teams across digital, brand, and media
・Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional and overseas global stakeholders
・Professional business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
・A genuine passion for running and active lifestyle culture

[Nice-to-haves]
・Experience within the sports, outdoor, footwear, or fashion apparel industries
・Demonstrated success navigating fast-paced, high-growth, or complex multinational environments
・Strong proficiency with modern project management and collaborative communication platforms
