■About our Client
A globally acclaimed spirits and beverage company driving continuous growth and premium brand experiences in Japan.

■Main tasks include:
・Strategic Planning: Act as a strategic thought partner to develop business plans, forecasts, and growth strategies that maximize brand profitability and value share.
・Brand Execution: Translate global strategies into actionable local plans across the marketing mix (ATL, experiential marketing, events, and trade marketing).
・Data-Driven Management: Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to course-correct strategies, while managing budgets (A&P tracking) and financial performance.
・Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the passionate brand advocate, aligning cross-functional teams, agencies, and global leadership to ensure unified brand messaging and execution.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements:
・5+ years of relevant marketing experience with strong project management skills.
・Bilingual proficiency (Japanese and English) with the ability to build compelling stories, present effectively, and influence diverse stakeholders.
・A forward-thinking, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to leverage data for business decisions.

■Preferred:
・Experience in FMCG, luxury goods, beverages or lifestyle brands.
・Prior experience working in a multinational corporate environment.
・Highly self-driven professional with a strong track record of identifying business needs, prioritizing workflows, and delivering multiple projects within strict deadlines.
