Key Responsibilities
Performance Evaluation:
Assess the performance of AMRs and automatic battery chargers through rigorous testing protocols.
Troubleshooting & Quality Support:
Collaborate with different teams to diagnose and resolve issues affecting AMR functionality.
Component Evaluation:
Evaluate electronic components, circuit boards, and mechatronic subassemblies to ensure system integrity.
Lab Testing:
Conduct and support tests in the robot test lab, working closely with the technology team.
System Testing:
Execute comprehensive system tests by creating test scenarios, collecting data, reporting bugs, and preparing detailed test reports.
Test Environment Management:
Set up, create, and maintain test environments and fixtures to support ongoing testing efforts.
Interface Coordination:
Oversee system-level testing and manage technical transfers, acting as the interface representative between software and integration teams.
Process Improvement:
Drive enhancements in test processes, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manage comprehensive test documentation.

経験・スキル

Qualifications
Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience:

Mid-level professional experience in system testing, preferably within the robotics or automation industry.
Must :

Proficient in Linux and ROS1/2 command line operations.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical system drawings.
Have Hands-on experience with debugging both hardware and software components.
Strong theoretical understanding of testing practices and methodologies
Familiarity with test automation tools and methodologies is a plus.

Knowledge about functional safety and industry standards a big plus

Preferred Qualifications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong English communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Japanese is Plus.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage priorities, and drive projects to completion in a dynamic work environment.
