■Title: IT Risk & Control Specialist

■Salary:
- Senior Associte: 8-11M
- Vice Presidnet level: 12-17M
- bonus paid once in may.

■Key Responsibilities
・Governance Framework Management: Help define, implement, and continuously refine global technology risk frameworks to maintain alignment with organizational standards.

・Control Testing & Assurance: Execute regular testing, monitoring, and quality assurance reviews across the internal IT risk control repository.

・Remediation & Tracking: Partner with global policy owners to analyze control testing findings, establish remediation action plans, and oversee exception tracking through resolution.

・Audit & Regulatory Coordination: Serve as an operational liaison for internal audit reviews, third-party inspections, and technology-related regulatory assessments.

・Risk Assessment Execution: Perform structured technology risk evaluations to identify emerging operational exposure and establish practical mitigating controls.

・Policy & Standard Documentation: Draft, update, and review technology policies, operational standards, and procedural documentation as required.

・Cross-Functional Program Support: Collaborate on key technology governance initiatives, including disaster recovery validation, vendor risk assessments, and management reporting.

・Culture & Stakeholder Engagement: Drive internal awareness of technology risk best practices and assist in compiling updates and key metrics for global governance forums.

経験・スキル

■Required Experience and Skills
- IT risk, ITGC, audit, or tech compliance experience in banking or consulting.

- Hands-on control testing and proactive risk management experience.

- Ability to explain technical control requirements to global stakeholders.

- Business-level Japanese and conversational English.

- Strong communication, prioritization, and proactive problem-solving skills.

■Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

- Professional certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP).

- Familiarity with ITIL framework processes.

- Understanding of Agile SDLC and cloud governance.

- Experience working inside international matrix teams.
