We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Principal Marketing Specialist to lead high-impact marketing initiatives that drive business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. As a senior individual contributor, you will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence key business decisions through data-driven insights and market expertise.
This role requires strong strategic thinking, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

■Main tasks include:
・Execute end-to-end campaigns across digital, email, and social channels.
・Develop GTM strategies for new services with cross-functional teams.
・Analyze customer insights and market trends to optimize performance.
・Define campaign KPIs, measure ROI, and deliver actionable insights.
・Create compelling content to support acquisition and retention.
・Implement AI-powered marketing tools to boost operational efficiency.

経験・スキル

[Must Requirements]
・Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
・8+ years of marketing experience leading complex initiatives.
・Proven track record in executing successful integrated campaigns.
・Strong expertise in digital marketing, customer lifecycle, and analytics.

[Preferred Requirements]
・Experience in partnership marketing or strategic co-marketing.
・Background in tech, fintech, or fast-paced regulated industries.
・Familiarity with CRM/MA platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
・Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing performance.
