We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM + HRSD Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for customers in Japan. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, strong architecture and consulting skills, and the ability to engage with global business stakeholders.

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design enterprise-grade ServiceNow architecture aligned with industry best practices.
• Drive implementation, integration, and migration projects.
• Define governance, platform standards, security, and performance optimization strategies.
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Workday, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Oracle, and other third-party applications.
• Guide development teams on technical design and coding best practices.
• Conduct architecture reviews, solution workshops, and design documentation.
• Support presales activities including solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Mentor developers, administrators, and consultants.
• Stay updated on new ServiceNow capabilities and recommend continuous improvements.

経験・スキル

Essential
▪ 15+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
▪ Proven experience implementing Now Assist or ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities in production
▪ Experience delivering multiple enterprise-scale ITSM implementations.
▪ Hands-on experience with HRSD implementations.
▪ Experience working with global delivery teams.
▪ Customer-facing consulting experience is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery teams and engage executive stakeholders.

Technicalities
ServiceNow Platform:
- Administration, Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, App Engine, Workspace Builder

Integration:
- REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Event Management, third-party AI API integration (OpenAI, Azure AI)

ITSM/HRSD:
- Deep functional knowledge of ServiceNow core product suites and AI augmentation use cases

Security & Compliance:
- Platform security, data governance, AI ethics, access controls, audit logging

Certifications
▪ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules (ITSM, HRSD).
▪ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Now Assist Specialist certification.
▪ ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Preferred
