■Annual income: 6,000,000~8,000,000yen (depending on exp.)

You will be responsible for developing AI governance standards, evaluating ML risks, and ensuring secure AI deployment across autonomous vehicle lines and smart city initiatives.

■Main tasks include:
・Develop AI governance standards, guidelines, and technical guardrails
・Adapt governance controls across various business units and risk levels
・Conduct technical AI/ML risk assessments across the entire ML lifecycle
・Create training materials to promote responsible AI awareness
・Monitor emerging threats, AI regulations, and technical frameworks
・Collaborate with global automotive and smart city teams on governance

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Must】
・6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or InfoSec
・Hands-on ML systems experience (deep learning, CV, sensor fusion)
・2+ years of experience across the ML stack and ML lifecycle
・Proven experience in architecture reviews and technical discussions

【Nice to have】
・Experience in ADAS, autonomous driving, or robotics domains
・Knowledge of AI governance frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act)
・Experience with ML threat modeling (STRIDE, MITRE ATLAS)
・Business-level English proficiency or higher
