Supply Availability Management
- Monitor and manage product availability by comparing actual supply with internal demand forecasts while anticipating future demand.
- Respond to urgent, ad hoc inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding product availability.
- Support the Demand Planner in managing the product portfolio and overseeing the logistics aspects of the product lifecycle.
- Communicate daily with manufacturing plants and the Global Network Planning team to secure detailed supply allocations and availability information.
Inventory Management
- Identify and manage slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Operations and Quality teams to execute appropriate inventory actions.
- Prepare and report daily, weekly, and monthly inventory-related reports covering inventory value, shipment volume, available stock, customer inventory, and other key metrics.
- Consolidate logistics-related invoices and verify their accuracy and compliance with budget guidelines.
- Manage inventory processes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee and monitor the product return process.
- Work closely with Warehouse and Sales teams to address day-to-day operational inquiries.

経験・スキル

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or demand planning is preferred.
- Strong analytical, teamwork, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication skills are required. Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, database management, etc.).
