■Role Overview
In this position, you will lead business development initiatives to drive commercial growth.
Also you will be responsible for expanding brand partnerships, managing Ads and co-marketing revenue pipelines, and leading cross-functional execution.

■Main tasks include:
・Leading BD projects from planning to execution and analysis
・Negotiating campaign structures and budgets with brand partners
・Managing revenue pipelines for Ads and co-marketing initiatives
・Identifying upsell opportunities to expand partnership scope
・Collaborating with internal teams including Tech, Marketing, and AM
・Monitoring performance metrics such as GMV, ROI, and retention

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years of experience in BD, consulting, AM, or partner marketing
・Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with strong ownership
・Fluent-level Japanese skills with strong communication abilities
・Desirable: Experience in F&B, retail, marketplace, or digital marketing
・Desirable: Knowledge of Ads products and co-funding models
