■Why This Role
This is the bridge seat between world-class investment teams and Japan's most sophisticated institutional investors. You will represent global equity and multi-asset strategies to clients and prospects — shaping how the firm's investment story is told in Japan — while working directly with overseas portfolio teams. For a candidate with CPM or PM experience who wants broader client exposure, senior visibility, and a genuine voice in the fund-raising process, this VP-level seat offers all three.

■Role Overview
Lead fund-raising support and client service for equity and multi-asset investment products, acting as the local investment voice for global strategies and the key liaison between Japanese clients and overseas investment teams.

■Main tasks include:
・Partner with overseas investment teams to gather insights and represent strategies locally
・Create and deliver investor presentations, fund reports, and RFP responses
・Support fund due diligence and investment decision-making processes
・Coordinate across internal departments for smooth client onboarding
・Serve as a trusted point of contact for institutional clients and distributors

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Buy-side experience as a Client Portfolio Manager or equity investment experience as a Portfolio Manager. Those with experience in equity sales or product specialist roles will also be considered
・Strong report writing, presentation, and data handling skills
・Native-level Japanese and business-level English
