■Role Overview
This position is responsible for supporting Japan Sales on financial planning, analysis (FP&A), and channel management. The role oversees Japan activities spanning revenue, pipelines, and distributors to support effective sales strategy execution.

■Main tasks include:
・Support top-line sales activities including revenue, pipelines, and distributor management.
・Analyze business performance and market trends to identify key growth opportunities.
・Support the Regional Distribution Director in managing authorized distributor KPIs.
・Standardize work processes and create efficient distributor management workflows.
・Prepare materials for routine sales reviews and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.
・Teach process improvement methodologies to develop a lean mindset within the team.

経験・スキル

• At least 3 years of FP&A or Sales Operations experience.
• Demonstrated experience in FP&A operations or Sales Operations functions.
