■Role Overview
Based in the Tokyo Client Group, the Relationship Analyst (RA) will be an integral member responsible for supporting and strengthening relationships with institutional clients utilizing the Private Placed Japanese ITM platform. The role encompasses business development support, relationship management, and operational oversight.

■Main tasks include:
・Support ITM product management governance and oversee external vendors/SLAs.
・Manage end-to-end documentation processes for fund launches, closures, and updates.
・Oversee day-to-day ITM fund operations, including NAV calculations and subscriptions.
・Respond to client inquiries regarding products, portfolios, and market content under time pressure.
・Coordinate aspects of the sales lifecycle, including RFPs and pitch materials.
・Liaise with internal constituents such as compliance, legal, and portfolio management.

経験・スキル

■QUALIFICATIONS
・3+ years of client servicing experience within the investment industry. Experience may come from a range of areas, including relationship management, investment sales, client service, fund operations / fund administration, or other relevant client-facing role. Experience or exposure to ITM is preferred.

・Relevant academic credentials, including a bachelor’s degree; postgraduate qualifications or progress toward a CFA designation is preferred.

・An interest in investment management, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset and the ability to independently identify, research, and resolve unfamiliar issues.

・Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate ideas effectively in both client-facing and internal settings. Business-level fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
