■Role Overview
In this role of Senior Associate you will occupy a key position in the Consulting & Analytics team, with a particular focus on supporting delivery of client projects in the areas of product strategy, portfolio strategy, and BD&L strategy. You will work directly with clients on a project basis, providing strategic support

*Clients are generally senior-level decision makers in need of support to ensure they are properly informed to make those decisions, all the way up to C-level executives.

■Main tasks include:
・Deliver strategic support for client projects.
・Conduct robust qualitative & quantitative analysis.
・Formulate data-driven strategic recommendations.
・Manage client relationships and project timelines.
・Collaborate effectively with global consulting teams.
・Synthesize company data for actionable insights.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Bilingual in Japanese and English(fluent)
・Knowledge and expertise of the pharma landscape with a focus on R&D strategy, market assessments/research, and opportunity assessment
・At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in commercially-focused and client-facing roles (e.g. consulting, pharma), working closely with consulting delivery organisations to drive business growth
・Proven track record of high performance and client focus
・Highly collaborative and positive outlook
・Great understanding of biopharma industry trends and dynamics
・Travel: variable based on client/project needs
・Existing knowledge of data assets and platforms would be advantageous but is not essential
・Advanced degree (PhD or MBA) in a relevant field is advantageous
