【Professional contract】Demand planning analyst - up to 8M JPY

This position is responsible for developing data‐driven demand forecasts, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, and enabling efficient end‐to‐end planning processes.

The Demand Planning Analyst plays a central role in driving forecast accuracy, contributing to product availability, and supporting business growth, as well as company target achievements.

■Principal Accountabilities:
・ Develop 18-month rolling forecasts at SKU level using Anaplan.
・ Lead monthly S&OP and demand review meetings with stakeholders.
・ Monitor forecast accuracy and bias to implement corrective actions.
・ Integrate promotional plans and new product launches into forecasts.
・ Partner with supply planning to ensure optimal inventory levels.
・ Analyze market data and consumer trends to refine assumptions.

- Member of the S&OP Team (3 people including this position)
- Reports to Associate Director S&OP

経験・スキル

■Qualifications:
- Fluent Japanese
- Business Level English is a plus(TOEIC600 over)
- Proficiency with Excel
- Forecasting systems (ANAPLAN, SAP APO, IBP etc.) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Demand planning / forecasting experience is a plus
- Business mind set
