【仕事内容】
・工業化プロジェクトの目標達成に向けた、進捗・リソース・予算の管理。
・試作や量産試作（Full Day Production Run）の組織化と実行。
・品質、安全、環境、および顧客満足度に関する基準の遵守と維持。

【主なミッション】
新製品の工業化（新製品立ち上げ）における、SMT（表面実装技術）活動の準備・稼働を確実に行うこと。

【業務内容】
・企業のプロジェクト管理標準および生産システムルールの遵守。
・製造プロセス（工程、生産、保全、物流）に関するSMTチームメンバーの管理。
・製造工程開発における安全性やガイドラインの確保。顧客、サプライヤーとの内外の会議における、工業化組織の代表としての出席。
・開発チームと連携した、コンカレントエンジニアリング（DFMやDFT含む）の推進。
・製造工程開発に関する文書（P-FMEA、設備資料、作業標準書など）の管理。
・品質基準（Control plan、SPPCリストなど）やHSE（健康・安全・環境）基準の遵守。

【出張】
・イレギュラーで出張があります（新しい設備を入れる時など/サプライヤーの場所によって国内国外どちらも）

【Job Description】
- Manage industrial schedules, resources, and budgets to achieve project targets.
- Organize pre-serial trials and Full Day Production Runs to ensure a flawless Customer Start of Production.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, environment standards, and customer satisfaction.

【Key Missions】
Responsible for the readiness and setup of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) activities regarding New Product Industrialization.

【Job details】
- Respect and ensure adherence to Project Management Standards and Valeo Production System rules.
- Manage SMT team members regarding industrial aspects including Process, Production, Maintenance, and Logistics.
- Represent the industrial organization of the project in both internal and external meetings with customers and suppliers.
- Perform simultaneous engineering (including DFM and DFT) in adequate interaction with the product development team.
- Manage process development documentation such as P-FMEA, Equipment Documentation, and Working Instructions.
- Maintain quality and risk prevention standards, including Control plans, SPPC lists, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) systems.

【Travel】
Occasional travel may be required (for new equipment installation, domestic or international depending on supplier location)

◎Required
Hands-on experience with any of the following manufacturing processes:
- Laser Marking
- Solder paste printing
- Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) / Pick & Place
- Reflow oven
- Underfill
- Conformal Coating
- In-Circuit Test (ICT)

[Language Skills]
English: Fluent level
Japanese: Optional (JLPT N3 or above is a plus)
