・In-house IT and M365 Support: Resolving employees' technical issues (phone and onsite) and supporting Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
・Device and Meeting Room Equipment Management: Kitting and maintenance of PC and iOS devices, managing AV equipment and video conferencing systems in meeting rooms.
・IT System/Infrastructure Operations: Routine system maintenance, troubleshooting, and infrastructure equipment operations.
・Global Coordination and Initiative Promotion: As an Asia Hub, responding to support tickets from overseas offices in English, and promoting global IT initiatives.

経験・スキル

・Practical Experience and Technical Skills：
-Practical IT knowledge and troubleshooting ability
-Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft products (such as Windows 11 and M365)
-Experience as an information systems staff member at a business company or in IT support/help desk at a foreign company is desirable.

・Global Responsiveness and Collaborative Ability：
-Requires business English communication skills (reading, writing, and conversational level) and the ability to smoothly collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including those globally.

・Proactivity and Agility：
-Must possess a practical mindset for proactively taking action and resolving issues, coupled with the agility to respond flexibly and quickly to changing work environments.
