■Role Overview
As a Project Manager (PMO), you will oversee a portfolio of complex business and organizational transformation projects in Japan. You will be responsible for defining project timelines, managing risks, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

■Main tasks include:
・Plan, execute, and monitor international projects from initiation to closure
・Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, and resources
・Define project requirements with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
・Maintain seamless communication regarding progress, risks, and dependencies
・Establish KPIs and metrics to manage project performance and quality
・Lead status meetings and report project updates/risks to leadership

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・5+ years of experience as a Project Manager (PMO) in large-scale global environments
・5+ years of experience implementing and deploying PM methodologies and tools
・Proven experience managing complex, multi-country projects with diverse teams
・Fluency in the English language (C1 or above per CEFR framework).
・Fluency in the Japanese language (N1 or above, fluent level).
・Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management frameworks (Preferred)
・Experience in organizational, strategic, or operational change initiatives (Preferred)
