・Data Infrastructure Buildout and Architecture: Responsible for the design, construction, and operation of the enterprise data platform (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and analytics foundation), including Microsoft Azure pipelines and Power BI, while driving cloud-based modern data architecture.
・Data Pipeline Development and Optimization: Design, develop, and operate ETL/ELT data pipelines for structured and semi-structured data, optimizing processing performance and improving cost efficiency.
・Ensuring Data Quality and Reliability: Ensure data quality, integrity, traceability (data lineage), and availability to support reliable data analysis and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
・Technical Standardization and Business Alignment: Promote standardization and best practices in data engineering, and collaborate with business units to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・Core Data Engineering Expertise: At least 3+ years of professional experience in data engineering or enterprise data infrastructure, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
・Cloud and Data Modeling Proficiency: Experience utilizing cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.), coupled with knowledge of SQL and data modeling for analytical and reporting purposes, particularly within large-scale data environments.
・Data Platform Operations and Language: Understanding of data infrastructure operations, monitoring, and cost management.
・Business-level proficiency or higher is required in both Japanese and English.
