■Role Overview
Partner with the Senior Director of Business Development to lead M&A execution, due diligence, post-merger integration, and strategic planning initiatives to drive corporate transformation and global expansion.

■Main tasks include:
・Lead M&A activities including due diligence, negotiations, and transaction execution.
・Conduct financial modeling and analysis to prioritize investments and drive business strategy.
・Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market and competitive analysis.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver corporate growth and integration initiatives.
・Monitor emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes to guide planning.
・Build and maintain relationships with internal leaders, external advisors, and key partners.
