Key Responsibilities:
- Warranty policy and procedure including Extended and Stand-Alone Warranty
- Approved car Warranty (Service area)
- Service Analysis (Warranty audit)
- Warranty (including Extended Warranty/Service Agreement/Used Car Warranty) data Analysis and
Strategy planning (labor, pricing and etc)
- Administration of Quality Management activities

Main Tasks:
1) Warranty claim processing including Approved Warranty (to Dealers and HQ)
2) Keeping warranty related documents (Manuals and guidelines etc.) up to date
3) Conducting Service Analysis (Warranty audit) and follow up
4) Warranty claim statistic data management
5) Cooperation with Field-Force for to support Dealer Warranty Structure
6) Provide/support warranty training / Conferences
7) Administration related to warranty (pricing, web and etc)
8) Administration/Support for Quality Management activities

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

- Minimum 5 years of experience within automotive industry at dealer or manufacturer level
- Qualification of automotive engineering an advantage
- Strong planning, good follow up skills and meticulous in details
- Good Language Skills : Japanese Native Level

 English Business Level (reading/writing/listening/speaking)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with other teams
- Excellent project management skills
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good team working habits
- Willingness to travel
- Enthusiasm for Porsche products and services
