Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to provide high-quality technical support to end users in a fast-paced, business-critical environment. This role involves hands-on support across desktop systems, communication tools, and infrastructure, while collaborating with global IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver day-to-day technical support to end users, ensuring high system availability and strong user satisfaction.
- Provide support via multiple channels including phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, voice systems, and communication tools for both front-office and back-office users.
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized communication systems, including audio/video and telephony equipment.
- Perform daily system health checks to ensure optimal performance of critical platforms.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and reduce risk of system failures.
- Configure, upgrade, and support Windows-based desktops and laptops, including approved peripherals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Support hardware-related tasks, including troubleshooting and physical infrastructure work such as rack and stack in IT/communications rooms.
- Collaborate with regional and global IT teams on initiatives, issue resolution, and documentation of processes and procedures.

経験・スキル
Key requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years of IT Support / Desktop Support experience.
• Strong, in-depth knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and related technologies.
• Proven proficiency in desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Intermediate knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and Internetworking Technology.
• Familiarity with Voice & Communications and A/V Conferencing technologies.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Awareness of common Market Data applications and services. E.g. Bloomberg, LSEG.
• Quick learner, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision while maintaining a professional attitude even under stress.
