■Role & Responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in expanding market reach and driving revenue by identifying and securing new business ventures. You will leverage your expertise to build strong client relationships and achieve ambitious sales targets.

■Main tasks include
・Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through strategic outreach.
・Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
・Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
・Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.
・Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.

経験・スキル

■What You Need
・Self-Management skill for business development activities and opportunity identification
・Strong communication skills to effectively convey customer requirements to internal teams
・Interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers as well as to be team player by Fluent-level Japanese and Business-level English.
・Negotiation skills to find solutions that work for both customers and the company,


■What Makes You Eligible
・Business experience working with Japanese OEMs
・Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years working experience in Japanese automotive industry
・Be willing to work in an office in Ota, Gunma or Tokyo
・Be willing to travel up to 25%, domestic and international travel
