• Gain practical experience through rotations in Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Quotation teams
• Support day-to-day operations and cross-functional coordination
• Assist in customer-facing communication and issue resolution
• Identify workflow problems and contribute improvement proposals
• Collaborate with team members and support overall departmental performance
• Develop foundational understanding of products, processes, and business operations
• Learn directly from experienced managers and specialists across multiple business units
• Build essential business skills including communication, problem-solving, prioritisation, and ownership

・Process engineering or related job experience
・English: Able to communicate effectively
・Japanese: Business level or higher
