・5+ years of experience delivering enterprise-grade full-stack web applications in Agile environments with CI/CD-driven development.
・Strong production ownership experience, including monitoring, operational improvements, and support readiness.
・Bilingual in Japanese and English, enabling effective collaboration across cross-functional and international teams.
