経験・スキル

・Experience & Operations: 3+ years in data engineering, specifically building production-grade pipelines with full-cycle ownership, including monitoring, incident response, and SLA management.
・Technical Core: Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, combined with extensive experience in the Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Factory) and Spark/Databricks for orchestration and distributed processing.
・Data Modeling & Analytics: Expertise in dimensional modeling (star/snowflake) and creating curated, semantic-ready datasets to support Power BI reporting and AI/ML initiatives.
・Communication: Bilingual (Japanese/English) fluency, with the ability to bridge technical data definitions with business KPIs and metrics.
