■About our Client
Leading SalesTech provider in Japan developing multiple AI products. Dedicated to transforming business communication and performance through a customer-centric, data-driven organizational approach.

■Role Overview
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-quality features. You’ll translate user feedback into tech requirements and lead cross-functional teams to ensure rapid product iteration.

■Responsibilities
・Product Ownership
Own and manage the full lifecycle of key product features, from ideation and validation to development, launch, and iterative improvement.

・Customer-Centric Development
Understand customer needs through direct conversations, translate feedback into solutions, and define product strategies that maximize customer value.

・Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Customer Success, to ensure consistent product delivery and market alignment.

・Roadmap Management
Manage product roadmaps for feature integration and improvements while ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.

・Efficient Product Delivery
Coordinate R&D processes, manage Scrum execution, oversee release schedules, and support business teams to maximize product impact.

経験・スキル

■ Qualifications
・3+ years of experience in software product management
・Strong project execution skills, including stakeholder relationship building
・Business-level English proficiency or Japanese–English bilingual (fluent-level Japanese and business-level English)
