- Analyze and manage vehicle sales performance data alongside loan and lease data to track sales outcomes, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, and support optimization of future sales strategies and tactics.
- Consolidate vehicle sales, loan, and lease performance data and conduct multi-dimensional analyses to identify key performance drivers. Prepare detailed internal reports and present insights to management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Define analytical requirements and lead projects to design and deliver data visualization dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, improving data accessibility and business insights.
- Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and analysis to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets used for advanced analytics and AI/ML initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams, data engineers, and stakeholders to embed data analytics solutions into business processes.
- Lead and support the internal Tableau user community, promoting best practices in data visualization and enhancing analytics capabilities across the organization. Deliver clear, actionable insights to management through dashboards and presentations.

- Fluency in both Japanese and English (business level or above).
