・Proven skills in performance optimization, refresh and reliability management, and governance, combined with effective data visualization and storytelling for executive-level insights./パフォーマンス最適化、データ更新および安定運用の管理、ガバナンス対応の実績に加え、経営判断を支える分かりやすい可視化とデータストーリーテリング能力。

・Design scalable Power BI dashboards using star schema modeling, DAX, RLS, incremental refresh, and curated semantic models in collaboration with data engineers, ensuring data quality and performance./スター・スキーマ設計、DAX、RLS、インクリメンタル更新を用いたスケーラブルで高性能なPower BIダッシュボードを設計・開発し、データエンジニアと連携して高品質なセマンティックモデルを構築する。
・Follow Power BI standards and release processes, implement data validation and refresh monitoring, produce technical/UAT documentation, and modernize legacy Excel/Access reports into automated solutions./Power BIの標準およびリリースプロセスを遵守し、データ検証や更新監視を実施。技術文書やUAT成果物を作成し、既存のExcel／Accessレポートを自動化されたダッシュボードへ刷新する。
・Translate cross-functional business needs (Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Finance) into effective visuals and insights, conduct stakeholder demos and training, and drive continuous adoption and improvement through feedback./製造、計画、物流、財務などの部門要件を分かりやすい可視化とストーリーに落と込み、デモやトレーニングを実施。フィードバックを通じて継続的な改善と利用促進を推進する。
