As a Field Service Engineer based in Osaka, you will be responsible for providing high-quality on-site support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for PVD and evaporator equipment.

You will collaborate closely with local teams and the Swiss headquarters to ensure system optimization and customer satisfaction.

■Main tasks include:
・Provide on-site technical support and emergency troubleshooting for customers.
・Diagnose, repair, and maintain high-tech electrical and mechanical equipment.
・Read and interpret technical drawings to execute precise corrective actions.
・Liaise effectively between Japanese customers and the headquarters in Switzerland.
・Travel domestically and internationally for business needs and product training.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
・Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or field service engineering.
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese.
・Strong troubleshooting skills with both electrical and mechanical components.
・Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
・Knowledge of German is a plus but not required.
