<Main responsibilities>

■Strategic Insight & Analysis
・Gain a precise grasp of the prevailing sales and brand landscape.
・Examine critical datasets to interpret and capitalize on major consumer-driven market shifts.
・Guarantee a thorough comprehension of the catalysts and obstacles affecting brand performance.
・Independently and persistently identify gaps and fresh prospects to advance the portfolio and marketing initiatives by deeply understanding consumers, competitors, and the retail environment.

■Innovation & Brand Growth
・Establish and guide through pioneering initiatives, collaborating with diverse internal departments.
・Strengthen the current product lineup through the upkeep and remodeling of core items, updating and broadening the range with pertinent new offerings and ideas.
・Formulate disruptive introduction strategies for brand innovations, designing persuasive activation schemes that stimulate product trial and broader brand engagement, particularly within digital platforms.

経験・スキル
■Requirements
・Brand Marketing Expertise:
2 to 5 years of professional background in brand marketing, with a preference for the FMCG sector, involving accountability for a segment of the brand's profit and loss statement.

・Project Facilitation:
Offer essential support or assume a leading capacity in orchestrating projects, guaranteeing the seamless implementation of brand strategies and product debuts. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to reach project goals.

・New Product Introduction (NPI) Efforts:
Aid in the strategy and rollout of new offerings, including synchronizing the launch of various product variants (SKUs). Adapt to and support accelerated development timelines.

・Comprehensive Brand Stewardship:
Assist the Senior Brand Manager in managing the brand from a 360-degree perspective. This involves participating in the rejuvenation of core products, ongoing maintenance, and the release of seasonal or special-edition items.
