Our client is a dynamic organization operating within the fashion and luxury sector, seeking to enhance its business intelligence capabilities in Japan.

[Role & Responsibilities]
As a Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between the Japanese team and the broader APAC analytics function. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining critical reports that drive business decisions across the region.

Main tasks include:
- Develop Microstrategy reports for various teams across APAC.
- Act as the primary point of contact connecting the JP team to the APAC analytics team.
- Collect and prioritize report development requests from the JP team.
- Maintain and manage existing reports within the Microstrategy platform.
- Support ad-hoc analytics requests from the JP team.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

・3 years or more of Microstrategy report development experience.
・Ability to independently design and complete Microstrategy reports.
・Proven experience in data/business analysis.
・Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
・Good level of Japanese language skills is preferred.
・Experience with SQL is preferred.
・Experience in the fashion, luxury, or sports brands industry is preferred.
・Coding skills will be a plus.
・Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, or a related field.
・Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
・Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
