■Role Overview
Design generalist leading problem identification, user journeys, and UI for Fintech SaaS. Collaborates with PMs and engineers to build accessible, pixel-perfect web and mobile experiences.

■Main tasks include:
・Design journeys and UI
・Support research activities
・Create lo-fi prototypes
・Build pixel-perfect mock-ups
・Evolve design systems
・Support high-quality dev

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

【Requirements】
・4+ years of experience working with in-house, embedded, product teams.

・A product design-focused portfolio which displays an acute attention to detail.

・Experience working for a SaaS company, on web and mobile products and with distributed (remote) teams.

・Fluent Japanese (or JPLT N2 equivalent) and business-level English proficiency.

・Has basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

・Experience operating in a fast-paced start up environment, while wearing multiple hats.

・A willingness to continually learn, embrace the unknown and receive feedback.
