Responsibilities

- Define and evolve the enterprise BI and analytics architecture, from data ingestion through visualization

- Drive the overall direction and execution of company-wide data and analytics initiatives

Data domains include:

- Core enterprise applications such as manufacturing, sales, finance, and supply chain systems

- Connected product and IoT data streams

- External datasets supporting logistics, supply chain visibility, and customer service

These data sources are consolidated and leveraged within a modern cloud-based analytics environment.

You will work closely with business leaders to identify analytics needs, translate them into technical and functional plans, and lead delivery through cross-functional collaboration.
The team you will lead consists of approximately 10 professionals across analytics, AI, and data platform functions.

Primary duties include:

- Developing a multi-year analytics and data utilization roadmap aligned with executive and business priorities

- Establishing governance, standards, and guidelines for adopting new capabilities such as generative AI, conversational analytics, and automated insights

- Partnering with stakeholders across departments to ensure analytics initiatives directly address business challenges

- Converting enterprise-level policies and strategies into actionable plans and driving execution through project teams

Technology Environment

- Cloud Platform: AWS

- Data Platform: Snowflake

- Analytics & BI: Tableau as the main platform, with Power BI and Qlik also in use

- AI & Advanced Analytics: OpenAI-based solutions, selected and integrated based on use case

- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating BI, analytics, or AI architectures in a cloud environment

Nice-to-Have Experience

- Leadership experience on data or analytics transformation initiatives

- Exposure to data-driven initiatives in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments
