■About our client

■Position Summary
Support the Questionnaire team in preparing RFIs and RFPs for both existing and prospective clients, consultant reports, and reviewing GIPS (Global Investment Performance Standards) reports within the client service function.

■Job Description
・Supporting preparation of RFIs for existing clients
・Data creation support for RFPs (primary duty)
・Assisting in preparing consultant reports (periodic)
・Reviewing GIPS reports and organizing performance data
・Supporting document downloads from internal systems
・Assisting with various requests and project support

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Required Skills
・At least 2 years of experience working at an asset management firm, trust bank, etc., handling RFIs, RFPs, investment reports, or marketing tasks, and possess a basic knowledge of investment products.

・High proficiency in Excel (intermediate to PIVOT, various functions such as vlook, sum, sumif, etc.) and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.

・English reading skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above), ability to conduct email correspondence in English, and, for simple English documents, the ability to request translation support.

・Conversational English ability preferred, as there are English-speaking team members.

・Ability to manage time and multitask independently, with flexibility to handle varying workloads, particularly during the busy season (especially April–June).

・Teamwork, communication skills, and a proactive work attitude.
