■Position Overview
You will manage key automotive accounts, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities, especially in passive safety and chassis systems. This role involves developing account plans, working with global teams, and understanding the value chain to drive growth.

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above required, prefer major in Polymer, Material Science, Engineering, Automotive and etc.
• Good in both Japanese and English, with great communication skills.
• 5+ years in sales & development experience, MBA is plus.
• Excellent key accounts developing experience and skills.
• A strong team player with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in
multi-cultural groups to achieve business goals.
• Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive, initiative, result oriented.
• Systems and tools: Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com (desirable).
• 50%+ travel time are required.
