【Position Purpose / 期待役割】
We are seeking a Manager, Advanced Analytics to join our Commercial Operations team in Tokyo.
In this role, you will lead data-driven strategies and deliver actionable insights that directly impact business growth across therapeutic areas.
Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on analyst, you will partner closely with sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and improve operational performance.

- 【Essential Requirements / 必須要件】
■ 5+ years of relevant professional IT experience, including 3+ years in analytics-related roles.
■ Strong expertise in business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, SQL).
■ Experience with CRM systems (Veeva, Salesforce, etc.) preferred.
■ Proven track record of delivering insights that drive business or commercial growth.
■ Language / 言語力:
