Design the next generation of logistics robots for a leading AI robotics company.

■About our client
A leading AI robotics firm changing the nature of labor with in-house developed remote-controlled robots, expanding beyond the factory floor.

■Position Overview
We are looking for a mechanical engineer to develop our new robots from scratch to the mass production phase. These robots will be deployed into logistics warehouses, requiring robust design for daily use in real-life environments, moving beyond a pure R&D focus.

■Roles and Responsibilities
・Lead design of new, scalable, cost-effective robots
・Define functional specs based on requirements
・Lead mechanical design and prototyping
・Develop assembly processes and tools
・Plan and conduct QA for successful deployment
・Select optimal actuators and mechanisms

こんな方を求めています

経験・スキル

■Requirements
・Experience in design, development, and manufacturing of reliable, high-tolerance hardware (Robotics and logistics experience is a big plus)
・Ability to find optimal mechanical design solutions under tight time constraints
・Experience with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD
・Hands-on experience in evaluating hardware issues
・Experience transitioning new products from design to manufacturing (mass production level)
・Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, goal-oriented environment
・Ability to communicate both in Japanese and in English
